Cancellation Policy

For reservations through and on Friday and Saturday nights, there is a $35.00 cancellation fee and a 7-day policy. Meaning: If you cancel outside 7 days of your arrival date you are responsible for only the $35 fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you are responsible for the reservation total, unless we can re-rent it. *Mid-week non-business stays and mid-week corporate stays require a 24-hour notice of cancellation.

Checking In

Check-in is 3pm - 8pm Mon - Fri and 3pm - 6pm Sat and Sun. Upon arrival please park curbside in front of our double doors. Ring the doorbell and we'll be down to help you unload and point out parking. The parking garage is located a block west on the corner of 3rd St. and Taylor. Charge for parking Monday through Friday is $5/day plus tax with validation from Etta’s Place and is chargeable to your room. With your help we are able to accommodate late check in requests.  Knowing you’ll be arriving late, we’ll set up a late check in packet with the 24 hour concierge located just around the corner at the Sundance West apartment building.  A note on our front door will remind you of the location.

Reserving a Block of Rooms

The responsible person blocking rooms can elect to have guests call and reserve a room of their choice assuming responsibility from the blocker. The other choice is for the blocker to assign and pay for all rooms.

Reservation cancellation (including partial cancellations) must be made 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. There is a $35.00 cancellation fee per room. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, the blocker will be charged for the room. Every effort will be made to re-rent them. If we are able to re-rent them the blocker will be credited for that amount less the cancellation fee.

Any and all adjustments made to the reservations (numbers of rooms, numbers of guests, numbers of nights, etc.) must be made prior to arrival and are subject to the discretion of the Inn.


Children over the age of 10 are welcome.


Dogs 25 pounds or less are allowed at the B&B upon approval by the innkeeper. There is a $25.00 fee. In order to assure the safety of the dog as well as the safety of our staff, dogs must remain in a travel kennel while guests are away from their room.
